Equipment Responsibility

The participant accepts full financial responsibility for all rented equipment. This includes surfboards, SUPs, snorkel gear, kayaks, and electric scooters.

Replacement Fees

  • Board / Kayak / Paddle Loss$300.00
  • Key / Chain / Lock Loss$100.00

Ocean Safety

  • Life Jackets: Mandatory at all times while using equipment in the water.

  • Lifeguarded Areas: Usage is restricted to beaches supervised by active lifeguards.

Electric Scooter Rules

Kamaole Sands & Public Road Regulations:
